Configure a new alert

Step 1. Open Alerts

On the Connections page, click Alerts.


Step 2. Add a New Alert

Click New Alert and choose the type of alert you want to configure, according to the Application where it applies.



Step 3. Fill Out the Form

Complete the form displayed according to the type of alert you want to configure:

When it is triggered

Practical Example

Date
Sends a notification on a specific date defined by the user.
“Phytosanitary treatment reminder on May 10.”
Periodic
Creates a recurring alert with the chosen frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
“Reminder to check irrigation sensors every Monday.”
Sensors
Triggered whenever a sensor parameter goes above or below the defined limit.
“Air temperature above 35 °C.”
Weather Forecast
Sends an alert when the weather forecast meets a specific condition.
“Rain forecast greater than 10 mm.”
Bioclimatic
Notifies when the accumulated bioclimatic indicators reach the defined value.
“200 chilling hours accumulated.”
Inventory
Notifies when a product or resource meets the condition set by the user.
“Product X stock below 5 L.”
Georeferencing
Triggered when a machine or worker is stopped, moving, or outside the production area for a specific time. (Available only for users with the Tractors or Trackers add-on.)
“Tractor outside the plot for more than 10 minutes.”


Step 4. Save the Alert

Review the information entered and click Save.
