Change User Permissions

Change User Permissions

Step 1. Enter Settings
On the Production page, open the Settings menu and click on the Users option.

Step 2. Edit User
Click on Details for the user you want to edit.

Step 3. Permissions
There are several permissions you can assign to a user, and this access can be customized depending on the Application.
Each user can have access ranging from viewing to editing and exporting reports. In addition, you can choose whether they can access your Production Unit’s settings or receive notifications.
  1. Use the top row to quickly apply one type of access to all Applications and Add-ons. For example, if you click the box under “Edit”, the user will have edit permissions across all areas of the platform.
  2. In the lower grid, you can customize access individually for each Application or Add-on. This allows you to give the user edit rights in certain apps and view-only access in others.
Click Save.

Note: If you have more than one Production Unit, you must repeat the process in each of them.
