Managing labor can become a complex task over time. With Wisecrop, you can achieve detailed and simple labor management, with all your workers digitally created on the platform.

Creating your workers in the system will help you achieve more efficient technical and operational management through the monitoring of indicators such as working hours or routes performed with machinery.

Available features in Wisecrop after creating workers:
  1. Monitoring of working hours
  2. Monitoring of routes performed (by linking workers to machinery)
  3. Monitoring of productivity per worker
  4. Access to activity history
  5. Cost analysis by activity and by worker

To create your workers, follow the steps below:

Passo 1. Aceder à app Mão de Obra
Go to the Settings menu and click on Labor.



Step 2: Add a New Worker
Then go to the Workers section (a), and in the first table (Workers), click Add New (b).

Step 3: Fill Out the Form
Fill in the form provided.

Once completed, click Save.


If you work with any Add-ons, you must enter the worker’s codes in the Add-ons section.
