# Request Phytosanitary Report

###  Step 1. Open the Phytosanitary Application

### Step 2. Choose the Report

After clicking the Report button, a form will open so you can customize your report:

In the Report Version, choose the option **Phytosanitary Report**;

Select the subplots you want to include;

Choose a time range.

To finish, click the **Request **button at the bottom right of the form to have the report sent to your email address.
